Job Description
We are hiring a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders received from stores, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. Your contributions will directly impact our operations and customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Clean and maintain warehouse appearance.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements and cooperate with the team.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
- Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
- Perform tasks accurately within company policies.
Job Qualifications

- Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
