2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at ALDI. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining warehouse operations, from receiving and organizing stock to preparing merchandise for shipment. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to ensure operational efficiency and uphold quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products throughout the warehouse.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and placing products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise and operating powered industrial equipment.
• Working in various temperatures and environments.
