Master Scheduler

Job Description

Join our team at ACR Electronics Inc as a Master Scheduler, where you will play a crucial role in coordinating schedules and inventories to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our department or facility. You will be the primary point of contact for sales, logistics, and manufacturing departments, collaborating to establish schedules for optimal resource allocation to meet client needs. In this dynamic role, you will negotiate with suppliers, integrate sales orders, maintain distribution schedules, and participate in forecasting meetings to drive organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and inventories to optimize operations.
• Liaise with sales, logistics, and manufacturing departments.
• Compare orders with inventory; acquire additional supplies as needed.
• Negotiate with supply vendors for timely order delivery.
• Integrate sales orders and maintain distribution schedules.
• Participate in forecasting and planning meetings.
• Utilize MRP to determine material, equipment, and labor requirements.
• Coordinate production operations and manage changes to schedules.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail abilities.
• Thorough understanding of supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in production planning systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5 years of related experience required.
• APICS or CPIM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of MRP and related software; familiarity with IFS is a plus.
