We are looking for a highly skilled Manufactured Systems Lead to join CMC Rescue Inc. As the leader of the manufactured systems assembly area, you will ensure the accurate and efficient completion of life safety systems, maintaining the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include training and supporting the assembly team, coordinating production activities, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and practices.
• Lead and support the assembly team to achieve high quality and productivity.
• Maintain inventory organization and a safe working environment.
• Coordinate flow of assembled systems and production activities.
• Work according to production schedules for timely job completion.
• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and quality.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and 5S performance teams.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and training abilities.
• Computer experience, MRP systems knowledge preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of production experience with supervisory skills.
