Job Description
Mayroad is seeking a Generalist Maintenance Technician to join our team in EIELSON AFB, AK / FAIRBANKS, AK / NORTH POLE, AK. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential properties and community assets, ensuring they remain in top condition. This position offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in providing exceptional living experiences to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance in residential and community areas.
- Respond to and complete emergency, urgent, and routine work orders promptly.
- Maintain building HVAC equipment for optimal functionality.
- Inspect properties to identify maintenance issues and address them proactively.
- Enhance building appearance through various maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check and drug test.
