Frontline Associate

Job Description

Join the Thomas Ranch Team at Arete Collective LP as a Frontline Associate, taking on the unique role of a ranch hand and house manager in a master-planned community. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who thrives in providing exceptional service to our internal staff and tenants.

Core Responsibilities

• Groundskeeping and Landscaping.
• Light housekeeping and support for internal staff.
• Errand running as needed.
• Assist with event logistics, budgets, invoicing, and reporting.

Key Duties

• Manage grounds, planting, and garden maintenance.
• Handle recycling and trash removal.
• Clean swimming pool and pond, feed farm animals, and more.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and occasional heavy equipment operation.
• Coordinate grocery runs, office cleaning, and bedroom turnovers.
• Assist with ranch gates, branding, and horse stalls cleaning.
• Additional duties as needed.

Ideal Candidates Are/Have

• Outstanding professionalism and integrity.
• Self-starting attitude and ability to work independently.
• Experience in country clubs or high-end resorts (helpful).
• Transportation to and from work and ability to lift 50-75 pounds.

This is a full-time on-site position located at our Spicewood site with competitive compensation of $15-20 per hour.
