Position Purpose

The Estimator will work with Project Teams, Sub-Contractors, and Sales to determine project timeframes, labor, materials, and budgets. Responsibilities include obtaining bids/quotes, analyzing costs, and managing project expenses.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on new and existing projects to meet time, budget, and scope targets.
• Analyze project plans to produce accurate cost estimates.
• Follow up with contractors on bids and maintain positive relationships.
• Identify cost-saving strategies and evaluate different approaches.
• Provide insights to enhance bid competitiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and material costs.
• Manage suppliers and subcontractors.

Requirements

• 2-year degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of estimating and procurement experience.
• 2 years of Project Manager experience in Commercial Construction preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project bids effectively.
