Job Description

Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, program, test, and deploy new features with high quality standards.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
- Influence team commitments and drive results through effective communication and leadership.
- Oversight on design decisions and proactive issue resolution.
- Manage risks and escalate customer-impacting issues.
- Contribute to and lead technology communities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Information Technology or Software Engineering.
- Internal applicants: technical proficiency rating of competent.
Bonus Points
- Java and Spring Boot expertise.
- Experience with React and UI Technology.
- Proficiency in TDD, BDD, and test automation tools.
- Knowledge of Cloud and containerization.
- Strong team player with collaborative skills.
