Account Executive - Commercial Leasing Agent

Job Description

As an Account Executive - Commercial Leasing Agent at E V Bishoff Company, you will be directly responsible for showcasing available office spaces, creating lease proposals, finalizing new tenant agreements, and managing the leasing needs of existing tenants. This role requires fast-paced tenant interactions, comprehensive knowledge of available office spaces, and expertise in floor planning.

This is a full-time salaried position with opportunities for bonuses ranging from $10,000 to $15,000 based on achieving individual goals. The salary ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 annually.

You will work Monday through Friday, offering a great work-life balance with weekends off. We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of success in sales, self-motivation, and goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up promptly on leads provided by the Corporate Marketing Department to schedule property viewings and secure lease agreements.
• Develop business relationships through our corporate neighbors' program.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Demonstrated success in sales.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including email and video conferencing.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and manage time effectively.
