2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join ALDI's warehouse operations. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in efficiently managing stock, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse standards, and supporting warehouse management in achieving goals. Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and perform incoming shipment tasks.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts according to guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect and report on product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Independently perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.
• Operate equipment safely in daily tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work within a team environment and follow company policies.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 45 pounds of product.
• Able to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
