2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in selecting, receiving, and organizing merchandise to fulfill orders efficiently and maintain the warehouse's standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving up to 45 pounds and operating industrial equipment.
