2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing orders, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring the overall flow of merchandise in our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Work independently within assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
