Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a crucial part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Inspect product quality and communicate effectively with management.
- Operate equipment safely and follow warehouse procedures.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, drive for success, and efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, perform basic arithmetic, and follow instructions.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
- Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
