2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock to ensure our stores are well stocked and our customers are satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse following guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership for effective warehouse operations.
• Report product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow warehouse procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and perform warehouse tasks.
