2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 45 pounds).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
