2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, including stock selection, product handling, and maintaining warehouse appearance standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues to management.
• Follow all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and comply with company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organize and execute tasks efficiently, follow instructions, and work independently or within a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
