Job Description: 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi
Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Starting Wage: $23.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
- Relocates merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
- Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Performs general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
- Participates in warehouse inventory counts and collaborates with peers and leadership.
- Provides input to improve warehouse processes and achieves budget goals.
- Inspects product quality and safety, acts independently within delegated responsibilities.
- Operates equipment safely, follows ergonomic and safety guidelines.
- Notifies management regarding quality and safety concerns.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and place products up to 45 pounds
- Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk
- Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment
