Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards. This position requires physical ability, attention to detail, and the willingness to collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements and budget goals.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Demonstrated ability to work conscientiously and collaborate with a team.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Efficient organization and execution skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
