2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. This position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety, acting independently within responsibilities.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues to management.

Job Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to collaborate, adapt to challenges, and follow company policies. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
