Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join ALDI, a leading retail company dedicated to providing high-quality products. As a key part of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership for effective warehouse operations.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and within a team environment.
