1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This position is part-time, with a starting wage of $21.00 per hour and an average of fewer than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines and load/unload shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to improve processes.
• Operate equipment safely and report quality or safety issues.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
