1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time member, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, relocating merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes and ensure product quality and safety. The role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Frequent movement of merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
