Job Description
Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Starting Wage: $23.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
- Relocates merchandise in the warehouse following guidelines.
- Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment.
- Performs general cleaning to maintain warehouse standards.
- Participates in warehouse inventory counts.
- Collaborates effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
- Provides input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspects products for quality and safety.
- Assists in achieving budgeted goals.
- Performs assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Follows ergonomic and safety guidelines.
- Notifies management of product issues.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrates quality, safety, and collaborative competencies.

- Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
- Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting up to 45 pounds.
- Moving merchandise, standing, bending, and operating equipment.
- Working in varying temperatures and safely operating equipment.
