Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a Full-Time employee, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise in compliance with warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory management and communicate effectively with the team.
• Ensure compliance with ALDI Acts competencies and job-specific competencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Works well both independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
