1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties, warehouse inventory counts, and maintain safety standards.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
