Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage is $23.00 per hour. Responsibilities include selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing and loading merchandise, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and cooperating effectively with peers and leadership. The job entails relocating merchandise, inventory counts, and contributing to process improvements.
Qualifications
Applicants must be 18 years or older, act conscientiously, collaborate, demonstrate a positive attitude, drive for success, and execute with efficiency. Required skills include interpreting and applying company policies, good communication, basic arithmetic, attention to detail, and working independently and in a team.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Physical requirements include lifting up to 45 pounds, operating powered industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures.
