Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to uphold warehouse appearance and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
- Assist in achieving budget goals and follow company policies and procedures.
- Operate equipment safely and adhere to ergonomic guidelines.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
