Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring accurate fulfillment of orders and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Prepare merchandise for shipment and assist in unloading incoming shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and suppliers.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
- Possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and operating powered industrial equipment.
- Ability to work in varied temperatures and perform physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
