Legend Manufacturing, Inc. is looking for a skilled Production Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will play an essential role in crafting premium aluminum trailers that exemplify durability and quality. Responsibilities

• Follow health and safety regulations diligently.
• Operate welding machines, grinders, torches, and other tools effectively.
• Read and interpret work orders accurately.
• Execute weld types and joint types as per specifications.
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and steel.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
• Inspect completed work for quality before transitioning to the next stage.

Requirements

• Prior experience with power and hand tools is preferred.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure.
• Willingness to cross-train across different departments.
• Capable of working 40-60 hours per week within the specified schedule.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Strong attendance record.

Physical Requirements

• Standing, reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds with or without accommodation.
