We are looking for a Customer Services Specialist (No Outbound Calls) to join our team at Foundever™. Responsibilities

• Handle inbound service calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate screens while assisting customers.
• Problem-solving attitude and eagerness to advance within a stable company.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Live within 50 miles of 10431 Pinnacle Dr, Wise, VA 24293 as this is an on-site position.
