Job Description

Foundever is looking for a Customer Support Associate who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service without any cold calling involved. As part of our team, you will handle inbound service calls, interact with customers through various communication channels, navigate systems efficiently, and continuously develop your skills through training.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound service calls.
• Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and email communications.
• Navigate through multiple systems and tools.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer service.
• Desire to grow within a reputable company.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must live within 50 miles of 101 Sykes Blvd, Chavies, KY 41272.
• Pass a background check.
