Role and Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during procedures by performing tasks such as tissue retraction, intravenous line management, and documentation.
• Ensure preoperative and postoperative support to enhance patient care.
• Maintain a sterile environment and assist in surgical preparation.
• Operate sterilization devices and maintain necessary equipment.
• Monitor patient status during surgery and assist with clinical tasks.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification required, DAANCE and radiology certification preferred.
• At least one year of related experience preferred.

Skills and Abilities

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
• Excellent manual dexterity and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology.
