Responsibilities:
- Supervising nursing and paraprofessional personnel
- Participating in recruitment and orientation
- Implementing policies and procedures
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team
- Assessing patient conditions and communicating with physicians
- Administering medications and treatments
- Maintaining accurate patient documentation
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of employment
- Active CPR certification
- Acute care experience preferred
- Knowledge of state laws and regulations
