Responsibilities

• Assist in the admissions process, including assessments and paperwork.
• Develop and implement care plans for residents.
• Obtain and administer medications following protocols.
• Supervise and mentor resident care staff.
• Coordinate resident services and update families on resident status.
• Maintain medication administration, ordering, and charting.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and emergency procedures.

Requirements

• Certified Nurse Aide I or II with supervisory experience.
• Experience in medication administration and working with geriatric residents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow protocols, work cooperatively with a team, and ensure patient safety and welfare.
