Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Choctaw Staffing Solutions in support of the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) Programs. As an LCSW, you will play a vital role in increasing the physical and behavioral capacity and resilience of Special Operations Forces (SOF) Warriors and their families through state-of-the-art human performance and behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services within an operational unit as a Behavioral Health Care Provider.
• Conduct applied research and clinical investigations in clinical/behavioral health/organizational social work.
• Collaborate with medical personnel, military commanders, and other relevant parties.
• Maintain accurate patient records and produce comprehensive reports of evaluations and treatments.

Qualifications

• Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) from an accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted clinical license to practice social work independently.
• Minimum of two years' experience in clinical social work post-licensure.
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).

Desired Skills

• Prior experience in military or SOF settings.
• Specialized training in Substance Abuse/Disorder Treatment.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status required.
