Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Relationship Banker I, Bilingual to join our Retail Department at Field & Main Bank. As a bilingual team member, you will provide essential cash receipt and payment services to customers, ensuring accuracy and exceptional service quality. You will play a key role in promoting bank products and services by referring customers to appropriate departments for assistance, maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Translate and interpret statements between English and Spanish.
• Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in customer information files.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service and cash handling experience.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English languages.
• Good interpersonal communication and computer skills.
