Job Description
Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a Supervising Property Manager with strong sales and team leadership skills to oversee two historic 84-unit apartment communities, Doricourt and Carmelita Apartments, located in Downtown Portland.
The Supervising Property Manager will be responsible for day-to-day property management operations, including marketing, property upkeep, resident screening, rent collection, employee supervision, and training. This role offers a competitive hourly rate and additional monthly compensation benefits.

Schedule
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
Compensation
Hourly rate: $25 - $27 (+ $50 monthly cell phone stipend)

Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service and property management experience
- 6+ months of supervisory experience
- Experience with Entrata Property Management Software (preferred)
- Basic MS365 skills and math proficiency
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly
- Familiarity with landlord/tenant laws and safety protocols
- High school diploma, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance
