Job Description
Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) in a Full-Time position that includes Weekend shifts (Friday-Monday). This role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Active participation in interdisciplinary care planning.
- Delivery of professional nursing services following established care plans.
- Promotion of positive outcomes through collaborative practice and resource optimization.
- Accurate documentation to support quality care, compliance, and reimbursement.
- Building effective interpersonal relationships and ensuring personal accountability in work.
Requirements
- Completion of nursing education from an approved school.
- Current RN licensure in the state, with at least one year of clinical nursing experience (home health experience preferred).
- Proficiency in medical-surgical nursing principles, clinical skills, and medical record keeping.
- Strong communication abilities, computer proficiency, problem-solving, and CPR certification.
