Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding customer service and maximize sales performance.
• Lead, train, and develop associates with a customer-centric approach.
• Manage inventory, store appearance, safety standards, and accounting functions.
• Implement loss prevention, conduct meetings, and maintain equipment.

Qualifications
