New Era Technology is seeking a talented and experienced Audio Visual Field Engineer to join our global team. As an AV Field Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting complex AV systems while upholding the company's standards. Responsibilities
- Support the installation team in setting up AV systems.
- Perform technical tasks such as wiring, labeling, and equipment installation.
- Test and troubleshoot control systems and DSP files.
- Train clients on the use of AV systems.
- Maintain a clean work area and adhere to company policies.
Requirements
- Avixa CTS certification and a minimum of four years of AV experience.
- Proficiency in audiovisual applications such as ClearOne, AMX, Extron, Crestron, and Cisco.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel domestically and internationally.
