Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Clinical Director to lead our clinical services program at Village Shores Campus, an Assisted Living Facility within SilverCrest. Join our team and be part of an organization that makes a real difference in the lives of older adults.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the assisted living clinical services program to ensure compliance and success.
• Lead and train clinical staff to provide high-quality and personalized care to residents.
• Work collaboratively with a team of nurses to achieve exceptional results and resident satisfaction.
• Create and update personalized care plans reflecting residents' needs and desires.

Requirements

• Minnesota Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in Assisted Living.
• Current CPR certification.
