Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Specialist to join Florim Solution, Inc at their Clarksville, TN location. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing SAP-related support, leading project implementations, troubleshooting software issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize company processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist in complex project implementations and process enhancement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot software issues and provide support to end-users.
- Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and tailor software solutions to operational needs.
- Train users, develop SOPs, and ensure compliance with adopted solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to innovate and optimize company processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in computer science or related field.
- At least two years of relevant SAP consulting or industry experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP Sales and distribution, Logistic execution, and Warehouse management modules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 products, and basic project management knowledge (Waterfall and Agile).
- Preferred skills include knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ABAP programming skills, and experience with EDI processes.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, with additional benefits including 2 weeks of paid vacation, employer-paid medical insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, tuition assistance, and employee discounts on tile products.
