Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated RN to join our team at Kettering Health Network in Beavercreek. This is a full-time position in Acute Care Ortho Trauma 5 West with day shifts available. As an RN with us, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients in collaboration with our healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver comprehensive care to patients.
• Advocate for patients' safety and well-being while promoting best practices.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and maintain professional development.
• Embody and uphold the organization's mission, vision, and values in all aspects of care delivery.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Preferably hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or commit to obtaining it within 5 years.
• Current BLS certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, or PALS may be required based on unit specifications.
• Experienced nurses returning to acute care settings may need to complete a refresher course.
