Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner to join Centria Autism, a leading provider of home-based care services. As the Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with team members and management across various service lines. Your responsibilities will include conducting meetings, providing HR guidance, analyzing metrics, resolving team member relations issues, and implementing HR policies. Additionally, you will collaborate with different departments to enhance training programs and drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

Pay Range:

$80,000 - $90,000/year plus bonus

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• PHR/SHRM certification preferred or ability to obtain certification within a year

Work Experience:

• Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience
• Experience in a strategic HR role highly preferred

Equipment and Technology Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite
• Basic computer and telephone skills

• Strong communication skills
• Computer literacy

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to interpret data and reports
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:

• Flexible schedule may be required to support various regions
