As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being by adhering to care plans.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
