Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Assist with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Create a personalized experience based on residents' preferences.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
- Maintain compliance with safety rules and regulations.
- Respond to dining needs while upholding hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- High school diploma or GED; certifications required in some states.
- Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
