Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This role involves building meaningful relationships with seniors, assisting with daily living activities, and creating a positive and enriching environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight care in the Assisted Living Department.
• Build relationships with seniors and their families, attending to their care needs.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and activities for residents.
• Ensure community compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Assist residents with life skills and enriching activities.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and make decisions in residents' best interest.
• High school diploma/GED, with certifications as per state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
