UX Researcher (Hybrid)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented UX Researcher to join our team at Cella, a leading pharmaceutical company located in New York, New York. As a key member of the organization, you will have a pivotal role in enhancing the workplace environment and culture by conducting comprehensive research to gather insights into employee needs, behaviors, and satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to gather insights on employee satisfaction across journeys and digital platforms.
• Analyze and synthesize research data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for enhancing the employee experience.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of employee personas and journey maps to guide experience design initiatives.
• Present research findings and strategic insights to stakeholders and team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies impacting employee experience and satisfaction.
• Advocate for employee needs and perspectives in design and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in user research.
• Proficiency in user research platforms and survey tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
