Job Description: Caregiver at Sunrise Senior Living

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are currently seeking a Caregiver to provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. The Caregiver will build meaningful relationships with seniors, assist with daily activities, and contribute to a positive living environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Monitor residents' well-being and communicate any changes to management.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a risk-free environment.
• Deliver exceptional dining experiences following Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a team-oriented setting.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
• Prior experience with seniors is advantageous.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
