Job Description

Centria Autism is seeking a dedicated Regional HR Generalist / Business Partner to join our team. As a crucial link between team members and management, you will play a key role in aligning business objectives with HR strategies across our service lines. The position involves maintaining business literacy, conducting HR meetings, resolving complex team member relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving people initiatives within your region.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly meetings and provide HR guidance to center management.
  • Analyze HR trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Manage team member relations and conduct investigations.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and legal risk reduction.
  • Guide performance management and improve work relationships.
  • Identify training needs and develop a training plan for leadership.
  • Support key people initiatives for retention and service consistency.
  • Collaborate on recruitment, diversity, and inclusion strategies.
  • Optimize organizational design to enhance productivity and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; PHR/SHRM certification within one year of employment.
  • 5-7 years of team member relations experience; strategic HR role experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR disciplines, compensation practices, employment laws, and performance management.

Skills and Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to interpret HR data and drive business results.

Working Conditions

  • Monday to Friday office hours; flexibility may be required.
